Master Association normally meets at 7 PM* the 2nd Tuesday of the month at Big Chief Roadhouse located at 17352 Manchester Rd, Glencoe, MO 63038 at 7:00 PM.

Villages of Cherry Hills Annual Meeting are typically held at the North Pool parking lot at 7:00 PM on the 3rd Thursday of September.
